Aurelia Skincare Review
I have always been one to love my skincare and carrying out my morning and evening routine is my favourite "me time". I love testing out new products, discovering the latest skincare trends that transform the skin and most of all, I love finding the products that work for my normal / dehydrated skin type. Organic skincare is something I have started using over the past 6 months to a year and sine branching out to this type of skincare, I have really noticed a difference in my skins overall appearance. My dry patches have vanished, my skin no longer looks so dull and lacklustre and I do feel it has a "glow" to it most days of the week. A brand I have to thank for my current plump, radiant and moisturised skin is British brand, Aurelia; a probiotic skincare brand that focuses on providing us with the latest probiotic technology, combined with 100% ethically sourced BioOrganic botanical formulations. With a mix of science and pure luxury, Aurelia skincare is truly beautiful, free from any parabens, chemicals, sulphates and other nasties that can cause damage to our skin. Aurelia Refine & Polish Miracle Balm
A double action enzyme mask and a gentle exfoliant, Aurelia have formulated a product that polishes your skin to reveal radiant, brighter and a more beautiful complexion. With ingredients such as Baobab (omega rich super fruit), Hibiscus, Sugar Maple Sap and essential oils of chamomile, eucalyptus, rosemary and bergamot, this is a fabulous product that can be used as a leave on mask for 5 minutes which allows the plant enzymes to activate and target dead skin cells, revealing better skin and transforming the complexion. Used as an actual exfoliator, simply massage a small amount all over the skin to boost circulation and to allow the rice bran natural beads to dislodge dead skin cell and unclog pores. Once you've massaged this around the skin in small circles, add some water and rinse with hands or a muslin cloth to reveal healthy, glowing skin.
Aurelia Miracle Cleanser
A creamy, aromatic balmy cleanser that smoothes over the face to break down any makeup or dirt that has built up throughout the day. Again, like all other Aurelia products this is packed full of essential oils of chamomile, eucalyptus, rosemary and bergamot to help promote healthy, moisturised skin. The BioOrganic plant and flower essences hydrate and soothe dehydrated skin to boost a youthful glow that gets your skin Spring/Summer ready. I've been using this as apart of my night time routine where I simply massage a dollop all over my face and neck to remove the impurities and then I'll massage that in for 5 minutes before going in with my Aurelia Bamboo Muslin Cloths which gently exfoliates whilst removing the product and any dirt.
Aurelia Revitalise & Glow Serum
One of the most important steps in my routine is serum, with a dehydrated complexion I love adding back in the moisture and glow with serums. This lightweight product from Aurelia is a blend of BioOrganic plant and flower essences, essential oils and is rich in omega's whilst naturally fragranced with Jasmine, Plumeria, Tuberose and Mandarin. Two drops of this magic age prevention fluid massaged all over the face will firm, soothe, revitalise and hydrate with a powerful dose of Vitamin E. Working to illuminate the skin but also tackle any hydration issues, this beautiful serum product has made my skin the clearest, softest and most even it's ever been. In my eyes, this is an absolute wonder product and one of the best from Aurelia!
Aurelia Cell Repair Night Oil
By now, you probably all know how much I adore oils and using one overnight is a must in my evening routine. The Aurelia overnight oil is a boosting treatment that works in tandem with the skins nightly repair mode, making it an extremely special product. The Kalahari oil provides a high dose of fatty acids whilst the Mongongo oil works on restructuring the skin and the Baobab provides Omegas 3, 6 & 9. To sum this ingreidents list up, it's nourishment, glow and new skin in a bottle. With a beautiful fragrance of neroli, lavender, rose and mandarin, this product has me addicted and the results it's given me of luminous, dewy and radiant skin makes me feel confident in my own skin, everyday.
