Weekly Favourites #9

It's time for a another round up of my weekly beauty favourites and this week I have three new exciting products to be sharing with you which have finally made their way into my makeup stash. I've been pretty good with keeping up with this weekly favourites thing I've got going on and am actually really enjoying sharing with you products of the week aswell as my monthly favourites. Keeping things a lil more up to date...

For some reason my lips recently have really dry and my favourite Nivea Lip Balm just hasn't been getting the job done so I've had to turn to my trusty  By Terry Baume De Rose to sort em out. The luxurious soft balm texture is so incredibly intense, my lips are instantly replenished from a hydration boost and feel soft again ready for any other lip product I wear throughout the day/week. As it's Spring and the weather is very slowly getting nicer, I'm still sticking with my light base paired with a neutral gloss/balm so this has actually been my go to lip all week.

Despite my lips being dry n cracked this week, my skin has been pretty good to me and has been glowing and radiant every morning, meaning I am able to skip foundation all together and go straight in with a brightening concealer. My favourite ever concealer for concealing dark circles but doing a great job at brightening too is the Estee Lauder BB Brush On Glow. With a light, creamy consistency you can dab this under the eye, blend it out with your fingers or a brush and you are concealed and highlighted. The great thing about this product is that if you have any redness around your nose or the smallest of blemishes, then this covers them up but still looks fresh and 'no makeup-y'.

Having loved my Bourjois Chocolate Bronzer for years, I thought it was time to try something new in the drugstore on the bronzer front. I can't even count the amount of videos I've seen Lily Pebbles use the Soap & Glory Solar Powder in and she is always raving about it so it ended up being in my basket to being in my bag all in about 10 minutes. Ooooops. But, I have to say this is an amazing bronzer for warming up the face and adding a bit of definition. The colours are very natural looking, no muddy looking patches or orange streaks, it beautifully dusts over a soft bronze. This has been my go to bronzer this week with any makeup look, sorry NARS Laguna, I still love ya really...

After about 2 months of wearing minty green so light blues on my nails, it was time to mix things up abit so I've been opting for Barry M Gelly Shine Polish in Rosehip, a pale pastel pink that glides on and dries in an instant. I love how this looks in the nail in terms of colour pay off and finish, opaque and glossy. This is a near enough dupe of Essie Fiji, so if you like that, you'll love this.

Finishing things off with my newest beauty buy and most definitely my new favourite beauty buy, we have the Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting Creamy Duo. If you're into contouring and love to sculpt those cheek bones, then like me, you will love this. On a day to day basis when I'm after some definition but nothing tooooo OTT, then this has been perfect. I've been buffing it in to my cheeks everyday since I picked it up and it creates the most natural looking shadows and highlights your face so beautifully giving the whole lit from within glow. The creaminess of the products is what makes them such a dream to use, they blend with fingers or a brush and you can keep it simple with a small amount of product or really build it up for something more structured. This paired with my Solar Powder has been my go to cheek look this week.

What have you been loving this week?
