8 High End Products I Can't Live Without
There are a lot of affordable alternatives around for many high end products and I do love finding dupes for my more expensive ones, however there are some which simply cannot be replaced and I will never find anything just as good! To cut to the chase, here are the products I will buy until I die...
Giogrio Armarni Luminous Silk is the foundation I am completely in love with and one I only wear for special occasions or parties. (this is my way of hoping it will last forever) The texture, formula, colour, coverage, finish, lasting power are all fabulous and I am yet to find another foundation that lives up to Luminous Silk standards.
When summer comes I don't like wearing a foundation as I don't want lots of coverage in summer, so I opt for a Tinted Moisturiser. One that I have been using for years and in my eyes is unbeatable is from Laura Mercier and is the Illuminating one. The light coverage is so beautifully radiant and gives me the most amazing illuminated glow all over, I love it! I am yet to find a drugstore tinted moisturiser like this or that meets the expectations so please let me know if you have any!
Two lip products which fit into the category of not being able to live without are the NARS Velvet Matte Pencils and MAC Lip Liners. The NARS pencils are such lovely formulas and are really easy to wear and for me, MAC liners are unbeatable in terms of how long they make your lipstick last and how you can rely on them for precision.
An obvious product for this category is the Eyeko Brow Gel, it straightens and fixes my brows in place whilst giving them just the right amount of colour. I know their are many drug store brow gels such as Rimmel, Maybelline and Max Factor, but for me, its Eyeko!
NARS Multiples are such beautiful products, they really are unbeatable. I haven't seen any drug store dupes of these, but if there are some around, I can't see them living up to NARS' standards. Being so easy to apply and suitable for eyes, lips and cheeks, this is an absolute staple product for me.
Benefit really know how to get their customers addicted to a product, and they've done it to me with Erase Paste. The peachy tones covers all my dark circles and instantly brightens me face, I could not live without this one!
A skincare product I am obsessed with and have started using as part of my every day skincare routine now, is the Ren Vita Mineral Active 7 Eye Gel, and it is INSANE. It is so cooling and really hydrates my skin around my eyes. Since using this, I will never go back to not using it. It has made such a difference to my under eye area!
So there you have it, my top 8 high end products I couldn't live without. These are all in the more expensive price bracket, but some things you just can't go without, and for me, this is them!
