The Best Smelling Shower Products

There’s nothing better than a luxury in-shower product line up. Oily scrubs, musky body balms from divine fragrance brands and melting shower oils are all products that I love to transform my morning shower into a tranquil, enjoyable experience that I try to make last as long as possible. There’s no need to save your baths for the luxury products and scrubs, why not make your showers as best as they can be too, giving you the best of both worlds? Here are my two favourite products at the moment that are a joy to use and smell like heaven.

NEOM Organics Great Day Body Scrub

Things don’t get much better than this Wild Mint and Mandarin body scrub with essential oils to soften and make skin glisten with radiance. This organic sugar base scrub has been blended with jojoba, sunflower, safflower oils and Vitamin E to make your exfoliation the most skin softening and nourishing it can be, whilst still removing dead skin cells effectively. The uplifting, fresh and zingy scent from the mint and mandarin make this an awakening experience that boosts your mood and calms your mind. Like all my scrubs, I apply this directly to dry skin for the most effective exfoliation and massage in circular motions all over my body for about 5-10 minutes. When water is applied, the scrub melts off of the skin leaving an oily sheen all over, even when towel dried, meaning there is no need for applying a body oil afterwards.

Diptyque Tam Dao Shower Balm* (gift)

Shower gels are one of my favourite body products and I get excited every time I try something new but this one from Diptyque, is the best I’ve ever used. Sitting in the woody family. Tam Dao has a spicy scent filled with cedar and sandalwood that leaves your shower and body smelling as though you’ve taken a walk through a fresh forest. The thick velvety balm transform into a silky, light foam that coats the body in a divine perfumed scent that lingers all day. I treat myself to this 3 times a week when I want to feel a little more luxe and I’m savouring every last wash.
